These terms apply to the Christmas giveaway in the mine, thanks. app. The organiser is Bella Marketing EOOD, Bul. Bulgaria 128, et. 6, ap. 64, 4003 Plovdiv, Bulgaria (“we”). By submitting your post, you accept these terms.
1. Period
The giveaway runs from 25 November 2026 until 20 December 2026, 23:59 (CET). Posts submitted later are not included.
2. Who can enter
You can enter if you are 18 or over and live in Germany or the United States. Our employees, anyone involved in running the giveaway and their relatives cannot enter.
Entry is free and does not depend on a purchase. You need an account in the app.
3. How to enter
For a valid entry you must:
- have a wishlist with at least 5 wishes in the app,
- create a collage for that list,
- post the collage publicly on Instagram or TikTok with the hashtag #MineThanksWishlist,
- submit the link to your post in the app by the deadline and state whether we should notify you by email or phone.
One entry counts per account. You can change the link and contact details in the app until the deadline. Your details must be correct and belong to you.
We review every post by hand. It must be publicly accessible when we review it. An Instagram story is only visible for 24 hours; if we can no longer open a post, it is not included in the selection.
4. Prizes
There are 11 prizes:
- 1st prize (1 ×): we fulfil the wishes on the submitted list up to a total value of €500 (US$500 if you live in the United States).
- 2nd to 11th prize (10 ×): one €50 voucher each (US$50 if you live in the United States) for an online shop of our choice.
Prizes cannot be paid out in cash or transferred. For the 1st prize, we agree with you which wishes are fulfilled if the list exceeds the total value or an item is unavailable.
5. Choosing the winners
After the deadline, a jury from our team chooses the winners from the valid entries. The deciding factors are the creativity and design of the collage; there is no draw.
The jury’s decision is final to the extent permitted by law. We do not give reasons in individual cases.
6. Notification and handover
We notify the winners on 24 December 2026 through the contact method chosen when submitting. For the handover we ask for the details we need, such as a delivery address. We will never ask for a payment or login details.
If you do not respond within 14 days of being notified, or we cannot reach you using your details, the prize lapses and we award it to someone else.
7. Your content
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to your post and that it does not infringe the rights of others. This also applies to product images and text from online shops shown in your collage. We only use your post to review it and choose the winners.
8. Exclusion and cancellation
We may exclude anyone who breaches these terms, gives false information or manipulates the giveaway, for example by using several accounts. A prize already promised may then be withdrawn.
For good reason, such as technical faults or manipulation, we may change, suspend or end the giveaway.
9. Instagram and TikTok
This giveaway is in no way associated with Instagram or TikTok and is not sponsored, endorsed or organised by them. We alone are your point of contact.
10. Privacy and contact
For the giveaway we process your post link, your list and your contact details. We delete the contact details 90 days after the winners are announced. Details are in the privacy policy.
